Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use.

1. Spam, Warez, Piracy and Illegal Activities

City Light Infotech does NOT permit any of its services to be used for illegal purposes. These include but are not limited to spam, unsolicited commercial email, warez hosting, piracy and hacking related activities. We will remain the sole arbiter in what constitutes any of these activities. You acknowledge that participation in any of these activities will result in immediate termination without refund.

2. Child Pornography

If City Light Infotech discovers child pornography on any services provided to You, your account will be immediately terminated without refund. Your personal details will be passed to law enforcement authorities and we will assist fully with law enforcement authorities around the world to seek charges against You.

3. Hacking/Denial of Service

We do not permit any type of hacking, denial of service, distributed denial of service, sniffing, spoofing, password cracking or similar malicious activities to be performed on or by our services. Participation in any of these activities will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Backup Restoration

If your account was cancelled or suspended for non-payment and you still need your data to take with you, there is a charge for all inquiries regarding previous services and support. We generally keep backups available for a period of 30 days after account cancellation, but can provide no guarantees on the actual length of availability.

5. Web Hosting Services

We have strict resource usage restrictions to maintain the integrity, security and performance of our web servers. Failure to abide by these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination without refund:

• No script may use 25% or more of system resources for 60 seconds or longer.
• No user may have above 5,000 opened files at any moment.
• Outbound emails are limited to 200 per hour per domain.
• Running stand-alone, unattached server side processes is strictly prohibited.
• Web spiders, indexers, and P2P applications are strictly prohibited.

8. Unlimited Hosting

Unlimited Web Host service is designed to host websites. We do NOT provide unlimited space for online storage, backups, email or archiving of electronic files. Accounts with a large number of files (inode count in excess of 100,000) or excessive database sizes (over 3GB total) may be requested to reduce usage to ensure proper server performance.

10. Domain Registration

City Light Infotech reserves the right to cancel or suspend domains if necessary. Clients are responsible for domain renewals before the due date. Renewals after the expiration date may incur additional late fees as per company policy.
